In the dream where my father killed me in a barn.

Only in dreams, crazy doctors chasing me, creepy green ghosts, giant spider people... I've had some pretty disturbing dreams in the past. xD

I've had pretty awful dreams that I'd rather not attempt to chronicle.

I usually only get chased in dreams. Though when I was younger, I used to play this game we called Chase on the playground and, if I remember correctly, the guys would chase the girls and try to capture them

Sexists, lol

I got chased by a vampire in a dream once. I never have dreams where I get chased anymore, but I do have strange dreams that I can't even remember after I wake up.

There's only one way to remember your dreams, tae tae.

To remember your dream you have to be woken up at some point before the dream is over.

There is only one real way to remember your dreams  - and you have to get up and write down.

I never really write down my dreams, they're all creepy/horrifying, so I can just remember them...

Well, by the time you have been awake for 30 seconds, you have already forgotten 90% of your dream.

Actually, some dreams are imprinted. There is the recurring dream, which is often memorized after a while by your concious mind, and then there are the profound dreams, and cut off dreams. Profound dreams integrate themselves into your working memory (I.E Real life memory) and end up confusing you later when you discover a discrepency in your memories. Cut offs are the ones you wake up during. These dreams can only be remembered if you wake up slowly, though. Without moving or opening your eyes.

If you open your eyes the second your brain enters the waking state, you'll lose the memory altogether.

Oh! I've had those dreams that work their way into my memory before! Even to this day, I am certain that I had seen a grasshopper that was maybe a foot and a half long on this lady's vehicle. My mom says it isn't possible.
And then there was this one dream where, as a kid, I thought was true, that if I jumped off a bookcase then I would be able to fly.

Have any of y'all ever had a dream happen only once a year on the same day each year?

Nope, I've had several dreams that have occurred multiple times, but that I know of they were never in any sort of pattern.

I've only had a few dreams that have occurred more than once. But there's only one that I can remember.

I remember 15-20 dreams.

That's quite a memory

Two dreams involved a certain talking cat, the latter of the two being more... desolate. This is a fresher dream from a few years back.

One dream, I was in a flooded colliseum, and it was storming... I was standing on this gigantic serpent like thing moving through the water, and realized I was sinking into it. When I was fully engulfed, I can only surmise I was seeing through the serpent's eyes before I awoke.

Another dream, killed by dad, you know that one.

One was going to school in underwear, go figure.

In another dream, I killed someone that broke into my home with a knife.

A few other dreams I remember are mundane ones, 'normal' by any standard. They got me confused about irl.

Once I dreamed I was an orange, that was after my appendectomy.

A few foggier dreams... Chased by vampires, monsters, killed a couple times... You feel it to. Whenever I had a cold and needed to cough when I was asleep though... good god. 

Realizing I was in a dream and opening my 'eyes' up a bunch of times, then asking a guy in a parking garage how to get out. He told me something along the lines of "It's your dream, not mine" I remembered about Inuyasha being on but it wasn't. I woke up at 2:00 AM that night.
