New York's Ruling on Cyberbullying Legislature
New York's courts have recently ruled the new cyberbullying laws unconstitutional, suggesting it was violating the 3rd and 5th 'parts' of the 1st amendment. Cyberbullying has been a growing issue as the internet continues to grow; Was New York in the right for declaring it legal?

I believe their actions were just. When we really get down to it, this was caused by the string of 'Facebook suicides' that rattled the world. There are only two realistic possibilities here. Either they were a bunch of self righteous teenagers that offed themselves because they didn't know where the ignore button was, or they had demons at home and in school too.
Instead of outlawing it, USE cyberbullying to find and track problem individuals. Facebook iss only important because of the REAL WORLD implications!
