Healthy foods at an economic expense for one self?!

Healthy foods are just so damn expensive where I live.

When you plan to buy organic you need to catalog what stores carry what produce and compare prices. An additional measure you could take is buying some seeds or young fruit bearing plants or vegetables and cultivating a small garden. I myself maintain a garden and find it quite enjotable, if not serene.
